Application Forms
If you have decided you would like to register your student for any grade in Grades 1-12 you will need to fill out the following forms for Harvest City Christian Academy’s Admissions. Please read the below instructions carefully before filling out your forms:
Admission Procedures:
- Submit the following items to the school office:
The following Completed Forms:
Application Form
Tuition Form
Pastoral Reference Form
Standard of Conduct Form
Report card – most recent (copy)
– Birth Certificate (copy)
– Permanent Resident Documentation or Student Visa or Study Permit if student is not a Canadian Citizen (copy) - Once all of your paperwork has been reviewed, you will receive a call to schedule an interview with the principal.
- Once a family is accepted based on whether we feel the student and Harvest City Christian Academy are a good fit, the registration fee will be due immediately upon acceptance. The amount of the registration fee is $75.00/student or $150.00/family .
- Fill out all forms in the Final Registration Packet.
- Thoroughly read the student handbook.
- The Academy will arrange for your child’s previous academic records to
be transferred to Harvest City Christian Academy.
