Harvest City Christian Academy has engaged an online tool called Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) to assist in the program fee assistance processing. FAST neither decides whether program fee assistance should be given nor determines the amount to give. The FAST program provides a need-based financial aid analysis that includes an income verification process. The application process is not meant to be an intrusion into your financial affairs but is designed to provide a fair evaluation to all applicants. All information stored in FAST remains confidential.
To ensure that applications are reviewed in an equitable manner, the following factors will also be taken into consideration:
- Harvest City Christian Academy believes a family should invest in their child’s education before elective expenses, for example, secondary home ownership, club memberships, expensive car leases/purchases, and elaborate vacations.
- In the case of divorce or separation, Harvest City Christian Academy requires both parents to file an application for tuition assistance. In unique circumstances, please speak to the Financial Aid officer for assistance.
- The application process is self-guided. You may navigate in and out of the program allowing you to partially complete an application and go back to it at another time, as well as make any updates throughout the school year.
- FAST has a 24/7/365 helpline available to you should you have any questions, which can be reached by calling 1-877-326-FAST(3278).
